Please plan to arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled time so we can get you checked in and settled. Sessions run on a tight schedule to keep things stress-free for everyone, so if you arrive late, your session will still end at its original scheduled time. We're not able to add extra time or a make-up session for late arrivals.

We do everything we can to make this a fun, comfortable experience for your kiddo, but we can't guarantee smiles or cooperation, especially with little ones who might need a minute to warm up. If your child cries or isn't feeling it that day, we're not able to extend or reschedule the session, so know that going in.

Once you've booked, your session fee is non-refundable and your session can't be moved to another date. If something comes up and you're not able to make it, we'll give you a credit toward a future session with us.

If the weather isn't cooperating, whether that's rain or strong wind, we'll move the beach session into the studio instead. That call is made by us, so keep an eye out for updates as your date gets closer.

You'll get your gallery by December 5th, 2026, and from there you can go ahead and purchase your digital images and/or any of the keepsake products.

Each slot is for one immediate family. We keep it intimate so every child gets Santa's full attention.

We ask that phones and cameras stay put away during your time with Santa. Our team is there to capture every moment for you, so you can be fully present with your kiddo instead of behind a lens.

All ages! From babies meeting Santa for the first time to teens (and even the family dog), everyone's welcome to be part of the magic.
